Can i charge my legal name to a uni name?

Well, if you're a trans woman who's currently undergoing transition, then I'd wait awhile until I get to the point where I'm well situated then change my name to Crystal if that's what you would want to be called as a woman. Sure you can change your name to a uni name, but I wouldn't see the point in that if I were ulitmately planning on changing it again in the future. As far as uni names go though, I personally think Ariel is leaning a little more towards the female side. If I were really aiming for a uni name I'd go with something more like Alex, Casey, or Jordan or something along else those lines but that's just my opinion. It's your life so do whatever works for you.
