Speaking Latin in your sleep?

I have had this "ability", I wouldn't call it a problem, because it does not affect anyone, but, family members note that at times, in my sleep, I tend to speak in a foreign language, presumably Latin. I do know that it is not another romance language or Arabic because my family has knowledge in those. What does this mean? Is it really Latin? Do other people have the same experiences? Can anyone give me any info?
