Somebody pleaaaaaase help me with acne?

i have struggled with acne since sixth grade and now im a sopre in high school. my acne looks more like little bumps, almost like a rash, with occasional disgusting white heads. i have it all over my forehead, the insides of my cheeks near my nose, my chin, and near my lips. ive tried everything including acne free acneterminator, proactiv, neutrogena, clearasil, differin and epiduo samples, and clindimycin phosphate that my doctor prescribed and nothing works. does anybody have a solution? seeing everybody around me having clear skin makes me so selfconscious and upset and i need a solution soon. i dont want to deal with this forever. please and thank you!
