I struggle with the same thing. It sounds like you might be depressed. I have depression and have found that if I make small, easy goals and start on them I get in the swing of things and start on bigger tasks. Also, try to take things a day at a time. I know it's easier said then done, but worrying about the big picture takes your focus off of what has to be done at present. Also, consider seeing a counselor. I've been seeing one for 3 years now and I have grown so much. I hope things go better for you!
