How do you get international scholarships to US universities and What traits are usually looked for?

In the US, you must apply to each university separately. After you are accepted you apply for a student visa from the government. You will need to prove that you have enough money for tuition and living expenses as you cannot work with a student visa. It is very difficult for a non citizen to get a scholarship in the US. Yes, you would need to be a very outstanding student to get a scholarship.
