I have spyware terminator when iload up the computer i get an error message saying it failed to load?

the computer said that it failed to load beacause it could not find basalia32 and then it says to reinstalling the apllication may fix the problem what do i do cause not i cant even get to the desktop what do i do??????? also i erased some of the viruses with spyware terminator then i turned offf the computer
