PC case fan sometimes dont turn on please help me please urgent help...?

I had a similar problem, except when I would give the fan a push or flick the case it would start to move, usually if it starts sometimes and not others the fan is not getting enough power to operate and you may have a problem with that rail/connector on the PSU.
