Wedding invitation?

I actually know someone who is doing this, hers is 65 per head. I told her why didn't I think of that but i was being sarcastic and she really thought I would do that. I find it extremely tacky and rude. But i think she either don't have the money or she really doesn't want people there so this will definetly put them off. I don't know if we will be attending yet.
