Cut on the sole of my foot? Dangerous?

I was walking down my hallway and was dragging my feet and dragged my left foot over a blunt nail sticking up. It didnt puncture me, (Gets graphic) but more ripped apart of my skin off. This was a few days ago and only now is the skin that hurt is starting to peel away more. The cut is deep enough, but whats odd is, underneath the skin thats coming off (nearly off, hangin on by a centimetre) Half of it is flesh coloured and the other half is this horrible deep red, darker then blood. Its very painfull and looks even worse. It still bleeds a little on the bandages and i cant walk properly yet. Slightly worried.
